Important Event Guidelines for Graduate Recruiters:
To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all participants, please review the following guidelines for the upcoming event:
- Seating: Due to fire safety regulations, only one chair will be provided per table. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional seating.
- Signage and Displays: For safety and space reasons, tall or freestanding signage is not permitted. All signage, materials, and promotional items must fit on your assigned table.
- Parking: Parking is not included with your registration. You are responsible for arranging and covering your own parking. A link will be provided for a discounted option upon registration.
- Attendee Registration: Your registration includes access for up to two representatives. If you plan to bring additional individuals, you will need to purchase an additional registration.
Your registration will give representatives:
- An exhibitor’s table on which you can place contact information about your institution, programs, admissions requirements, and other relevant materials.
- The ability to engage with and recruit high‐quality applicants from a broad range of disciplines. Specifically, McNair Scholars have conducted independent research as undergraduates, been mentored by faculty, and plan to attend graduate school to earn doctoral degrees.
- The opportunity to add skilled research applicants to your program. Undergraduates from across the United States will be in attendance.
