The FIU McNair Scholars Program Welcomes you!
The FIU McNairs Scholars Research Conference is open to all students in all disciplines. This event offers a platform for undergraduate students to share their research and participate in professional development. With a special focus on how to successfully navigate into a Ph.D. program, students will have the opportunity to hear from their peers, Graduate Programs, current Graduate Students and more. Conference will include;

Pre-Conference September 2: Meet FIU Faculty and FIU Graduate Community
**Abstract submission is due no later than July 31, 2026. Abstracts should be no more than 250 words.**
Abstract submission form will be sent as part of your registration confirmation email.
Ticket Sales – REGISTRATION OPEN!
April 10 – July 5: Early Bird tickets open
July 6 – August 14: Regular ticket sales open
August 14: Ticket sales close

Updating a Student’s Name and Email (if needed):
- Log in to your Eventbrite account.
- Click on your email address in the top-right corner of the page.
- From the drop-down menu, select “Tickets.”
- Find the ticket for the relevant event.
- Click on the ticket to view the details—here, you can edit the attendee’s name and email address as needed.
