UB Summer Residential Program

During the summer, a six (6) week residential program is offered. Designed to simulate the experience of attending college. The Summer Residential Program gives students the opportunity to live in the residential halls at the Modesto A. Maidique Campus during the summer.

The summer program focuses on academics and mentoring activities. The instructional program allows students to take academic courses to strengthen their foundation in areas they may need additional support. Areas of support could include but are not limited to English, mathematics, chemistry, physics, test preparation, and Spanish. Other activities include fine arts, sports, field trips, and group activities.

Summer Dual Enrollment

High school juniors in the program can enroll in 3 – 6 college level courses for credit. Students must have at least a 2.7 GPA and test scores in either the PERT, SAT, ACT or Accuplacer. Please refer to the Partners in Progress 2, for more information and to apply.

Application opens March 1
The application remains open until all slots are filled. 

Program begins Sunday, June 23, 2024 and ends on July 27, 2024.
